Just below you’ll find an explanation of what we do and how we bring new clients into our program.

We provide personal training and group coaching sessions. Depending on your starting point, you may start with either group or personal training. If you really have no idea, give us a call, and one of our professional coaches will gladly help you.

Getting started is easy:

    This is the first step all prospective members take. During this 1-hour private coaching session, we will perform a body diagnostic, detailed physical assessment, and a “test drive” workout. We make it a point to get to know each of our clients personally, and we want to make sure that we are a good fit. At the end of the consultation, your coach will make a professional recommendation for how to get you from where you are to where you want to go.

    If you are brand new to training, have been sedentary for more than 6 months, or have health/orthopedic issues that require special attention, or you have dramatic weight loss (30+ pounds) personal training is required to get started. Personal training is conducted in 30 or 60 minute sessions, ranging from $30-$75 per session.

    If you are generally active and looking to turbocharge your results, our 30-Day transformation is your first stop. This course meets 3-times per week for 4-weeks, and is required for all new members. Over the next month, you’ll discover: -The 4 fundamental exercises that build strength, lean muscle, and incinerate fat -Nutritional secrets to keep you satisfied and burn fat (without starving yourself OR counting calories) Here’s hint, it’s about food QUALITY not quantity -Intense cardio workouts that burn 3 times the calories in just 10-minutes or less -How simply taking a walk can help you lose that spare tire or muffin top Successful completion of the transformation program is required to advance into ongoing group training (if at the end, you feel you aren’t ready, you can simply repeat the program)

    Once you have completed a course of Private Coaching or the Transformation Program, your training has JUST BEGUN. Armed with the knowledge of technique, proper form, and nutrition, this is where you surpass every limit imaginable. Training with a supportive community of like-minded individuals, you will be pushed to your limit and beyond. This is about creating a lifestyle that supports you and moves you closer to your goals.
