My name is Nate Aye, and I am the owner and founder of the Golden Age Strength Club, and exclusive strength and fitness club in Carol Stream, IL.
After serving my country as a United States Marine, I, like many returning veterans found the transition into civilian life difficult. Many ultimately succumb to the demons and turn to drugs, alcohol, and walk a path of self-destruction.
Fortunately, I found solace in the gym. Not only did I transform my body, I came to the conclusion that a healthy body is the vessel of a healthy mind and a truly rewarding and fulfilling life.

What is the Golden Age Strength Club?
The Golden Age Strength Club is not a retirement home with dumbbells. Rather, the “Golden Age” refers to the Golden Age of fitness. Specifically, the time period between the the late 1800’s to the 1950’s.
This is where the seeds of the modern fitness industry were first planted. The men and women of this time were known for not only remarkable physiques and extraordinary feats of strength, but for using tried and true methods of training.
Training methods that to this day, still are unmatched in their ability to deliver results quickly, safely, and without the use of performance enhancing drugs, bogus supplements, or silly gadgets.
